Phase 1 – we do everything including the submission for VAT Registration. However, no guarantee of an actual VAT number.

Important questions to answer for successful VAT registration:
1. Are you able to see multiple (more than 3) transactions reflecting in your new bank account, with corresponding invoices to the value of ETB 50k+? High likelihood.
2. Are you able to see only a few transactions (less than 3) transactions reflecting in your new bank account with corresponding invoices / OR total transactions to a value of less than ETB 50k? Smaller likelihood.
3. You have no transactions, purely a contract to start trading. Small likelihood. Will most likely have to show some form of actual trade.
4. You have none of above, not able at all to get VAT number now. Will need to start trading.

Phase 2 – If after the VAT submission, it was not successful, you can either continue with ERCA directly, OR we can support you at a fee to finalise the VAT registration. We will follow-up, call, set-up meetings etc. to help you get the VAT number.
